Natural stone supplier: ×5.6 clicks and entry into US & EU markets
A niche B2B natural stone supplier grew from practically zero to steady international organic demand — from the USA, Spain, Poland and Italy.
About the project
Niche: Natural stone supplier (slabs, countertops, interior solutions)
Market: Ukraine + international B2B (USA, EU)
Timeline: 11 months (Sep 2025 – Jul 2026)
Channel: Organic search — niche B2B SEO
Result: clicks ×5.6, reached export demand
A narrow B2B niche with limited but high-value demand and an international audience. The goal was to build a bilingual site, expert content and domain authority to capture both local and export B2B demand.
🔒 Anonymised case: company name and domain hidden per client agreement.
Starting point
Before September 2025 the site had virtually no organic traffic. The turning point came after launching content and structure. Baseline (pre-launch):
| Clicks/mo | ≈ 0–1 |
| Impressions/mo | single digits–tens |
| Referring domains | few |
| International demand | none |
What was done
1. Bilingual site (UA/EN)
Developed Ukrainian and English versions with correct language markup — the base for export.
2. Product & interior pages
Created pages for products and use cases (countertops, interiors, bars) — B2B demand.
3. Expert blog
Populated the blog with stone content (labradorite, Volga Blue, interior solutions) that brings informational and B2B traffic.
4. Link building & authority
Grew the link profile to 459 domains and DR 28 — a strong figure for a narrow niche.
5. International demand capture
Tuned the site for US and EU queries — stone as an export B2B product.
Results
| Metric | Before | After | Growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clicks/mo | 63 | 351 | ×5.6 |
| Impressions/mo | 192 | 1,782 | ×9.3 |
| Click growth over 3 months | — | +52% | |
| Ahrefs DR / domains | — | 28 / 459 |
Since content launch (September 2025) the site grew 5.6× in clicks and 9× in impressions, with July a record (351 clicks). Beyond branded demand, non-branded stone queries began converting, and the blog became the second-biggest click source.

How people found the site
The core of demand is branded, but non-branded stone queries (materials, applications, comparisons) are increasingly kicking in:
| Query / topic | Clicks | Impr. | Position |
|---|---|---|---|
| Branded queries (aggregate) | 400 | 1,074 | 1.4 |
| black labradorite countertop | 3 | 16 | 6.8 |
| volga blue (stone) | 1 | 41 | 11.9 |
| black marble vs black granite | 0 | 18 | 9.3 |
Non-branded stone queries already rank, but mostly on page two with low CTR — that is the growth point: lift them into the top-10 and strengthen informational content.
Traffic by country
| Country | Clicks |
|---|---|
| Ukraine | 366 |
| USA | 77 |
| Spain | 52 |
| Poland | 28 |
| Italy | 27 |
💡 Even a narrow B2B niche can grow international organic demand: bilingual content plus domain authority (DR 28) opened the US and EU markets — where deals are large and competition for organic is lower than in the mass market.
Conclusion
In 11 months the niche B2B supplier grew 5.6× in organic clicks and reached steady international demand (USA, Spain, Poland, Italy). The foundation is a bilingual site, expert content and domain authority. The next lever is pushing non-branded stone queries into the top.
