My name is Stanislav Bakhariev. I'm a freelance SEO specialist with experience since 2012. I work without an agency or middlemen — when you hire me, you communicate directly with the person running your project.
I run projects in Ukraine, Poland, France, Bulgaria, Cyprus, USA and Canada. Specialization: Google organic, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, GEO/AIO optimization.

How I got into marketing and SEO
Before SEO I worked through several different careers — bartender, cargo logistics, then found my way into the IT scene in Kharkiv. In 2010–2012 I worked as a PHP developer at NitraLabs, where I first saw from the inside how digital marketing and search promotion actually work.
In 2012 I founded Promodex — a small digital team of 6 people. This is where SEO transformed from a single tool into my core specialization: I could see directly how organic traffic changed client revenue, and that hooked me.
In 2018 I became CEO of IT Rating. In 2021 the company expanded to the USA, and in 2023 to Bulgaria, scaling SEO expertise into English-language and European niches. I also developed related projects: WEB AWARDS Ukraine and MapStars.
Over time I realized that working directly with clients — without the corporate layer — is both more interesting and more effective. Since 2020 I work as an independent specialist: every process, every decision, every result — personally.
